TRIG-ON Instant relief for tired hands

TRIG-ON Trigger Lock Clip

  • Description: Precision metal flip-lock attachment designed for continuous spray applications.

  • Function: Easily flips over the trigger lever to hold it down in the open position, providing instant relief for tired hands during large commercial jobs.

  • Included: Comes complete with required mounting hardware and installation instructions.

  • Standard Westpak upright pre-sprayers (Models 10-0507 and 10-0518) come pre-configured with a 4:1 dilution ratio. If you need a leaner mix, you can easily convert the system to a 9:1 ratio by installing the threaded Yellow Nozzle Orifice (10-0743). For an 8:1 ratio, the complete sprayer block rebuild kit (10-0712) comes pre-set and ready to install.

  • The TRIG-ON is a small metal trigger lock clip that attaches directly to your spray handle lever guard. It allows you to flip the clip over the trigger to lock it in the open position for continuous, hands-free spraying. This eliminates constant hand squeezing and provides instant relief during large commercial carpet cleaning or auto detailing jobs.

    • Choose the Basic Kit (10-0710) if your sprayer has minor fluid leaks, loses pressure at the trigger, or needs fresh EPDM O-rings and Teflon® seals.

    • Choose the Complete Kit (10-0712) if your chemical draw ratio is completely off, or if the main metering block or aluminum cap is cracked, corroded, or failing to pull chemical from the 5-quart jug.

  • The standard replacement high-pressure solution line features a 1/4" Male NPT to 1/4" Female NPT configuration and measures 43 inches in length, ensuring a seamless, leak-free connection between your high-pressure brass handle valve and the injection metering block.
